How It Works

    Legal structure advisory

    We recommend the best legal form (SL, SA or branch) based on your business model, tax situation and shareholder structure, explaining minimum capital requirements and operational differences.

    Articles, notarisation and NIF

    We draft the articles of association and shareholders' agreement, attend the notary for the incorporation deed and apply for the provisional NIF tax identification number.

    Commercial Registry and tax/social security registration

    We register the company at the Commercial Registry, enrol it for VAT and corporate tax at the AEAT and register as an employer with Social Security.

    Bank account and operational launch
