How It Works

  1. 1

Document evaluation and legalisation route planning

We identify the document type and destination country requirements to map the correct route: Hague Apostille, consular legalisation or notarial certification.

  2. 2

    Notarisation and sworn translation

We coordinate notarisation and commission a certified translation by a sworn translator recognised by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

  3. 3

    Apostille or consular legalisation

We obtain the Hague Convention Apostille from the Ministry of Justice or process consular legalisation where the Hague Convention does not apply.

  4. 4

Delivery and guidance on document use

We deliver the complete legalised document package and advise on its validity, use and expiry considerations in the destination country.
